Meet Finn! Finn is a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing about 13 pounds, and he’s one of those special little dogs who reminds you that the sweetest friendships are sometimes the ones that take a little time to build.Finn is timid when he first meets new people and needs slow, patient introductions. He may take some time to feel comfortable, but once he trusts you, you’ll discover just how loving and sweet this little guy really is. Finn loves being with his person and enjoys playing with his toys. He’ll happily be your little companion once he knows you’re someone he can trust. He’s a wonderful little housemate! Finn is house trained, crate trained, quiet, and has good manners in the home. He does well on a leash, rides nicely in the car, and is treat-motivated and eager to learn.Finn has a low-to-moderate energy level and would enjoy daily walks and playtime, followed by plenty of relaxing time with his favorite person. He would do well in an apartment or a home environment.Finn does well with other dogs once he’s comfortable, although he would also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only dog. He is curious about cats but he won’t chase them. Because of his timid nature, he would likely do best with older children who can understand the importance of giving him space and allowing him to approach at his own pace.Finn’s ideal family will be patient and understanding and willing to help him build his confidence. He doesn’t need someone to rush him—he needs someone who will show him, day by day, that the world can be a safe and loving place.Once Finn gives you his trust, you’ll have a devoted little companion who will love being by your side. ❤️If you’re willing to be patient, earn his trust, and give this sweet boy the time he needs to blossom, Finn may just be the little best friend you’ve been waiting for!Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
