Nettie is by far one of the sweetest cats we have had in our program!
She showed up as a stray here at the sanctuary and proceeded to lay down next to us as we worked on the lawn mower. No one claimed Nettie as their own so we took her to the vet for full examination, vaccinations, testing, parasite protection and when she was in for her spay surgery it was discovered that she had already been spayed! There was no spay scar or tattoo that could be seen prior to surgery.
We are happy to report that Nettie got a clean bill of health and is in a foster home and doing great!
She enjoys her days napping in the sunshine, on her foster mom's lap or playing with her banana toy!
Even though Nettie has soft beds, couches and chairs to lounge on, her number one fav spot is on top of a plastic tote bin! She is a pretty chill little feline...
Nettie lives with a very calm, senior dog and she keeps her distance from the canine and has never shown any bad behavior.
She is very food motivated so watch out where you keep her food!
Other than that, according to Nettie's foster mom, Nettie is the perfect house guest and would make a wonderful companion!
