Natacha is a 3 year old, sweet spirited Anatolian Shepherd mix.
She likes to lie in the sun, roll in the grass, and relax on her own bed. She is an intelligent mild manner dog who is easy to teach new tricks. As with many shepherds Natacha does well with routine and exercise. She does require extra encouragement in new places until she gets used to them. She is very loving and can sense human emotions. She would be very loyal and great companion to someone special.
She is smart and already has some training. She knows SIT, WAIT, UP, EAT, BED, OUTSIDE, INSIDE, NO BEGGING and NO.
Natacha has done well with a 7 year old special needs child, however, she is not adjusting to a newborn.
She has not lived with other dogs. She will sometimes bark at the neighbor's dogs as they all greet each other for a few minutes. She stares at other dogs when she comes across them on walks or at a park.
Natacha was fine temporarily with an older indoor cat that passed away.
She plays with sticks and balls.
Currently, Natacha is living is a very busy home but would do better in a calm and quiet household with older children or no children.
Natacha will thrive in a home with an active family or person who have lots of love and time to give her, playing and being together. In return, you will have a devoted life-time companion to share life’s joys and adventures.
