Birthday: March 21, 2024
Rigatoni, or more lovingly known as Big Rig, is a gentle giant who won the hearts of his rescuers. He was part of a TNR project, but after he was fixed, he had shown such love and sweetness to his rescues that they didn't want to put him back outside. He also couldn't see very well, but thanks to the vet's work and an eyelid surgery, he has regained his vision. Because he was outside, he contracted FIV+ from unknown means. This doesn't hinder him though, and he's making sure to live out his best life! His immune system may not be as great as a normal kitty, but with regular vet check-ups, he can live just as long and happily as any other cat!
When we call this boy a gentle giant, we mean it! He has an incredibly delicate touch that you wouldn't think a boy of his stature would have! His outgoing personality is what really caught the eyes of his rescuers, and we can see why! He's as sweet as honey, and he loves to be around humans. If there is a human sitting down on the couch, he will happily join them. If you want to pick him up, he will gladly let you hold him. And we can't forget to mention that this boy loves playtime! Because of his fantastic temperament, he would be great with other kitties and kids! Though it hasn't been tested, he may even be fine around dogs too!
Rigatoni's adoption donation is $115 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
