MEET THURGOOD!!
Thurgood is a handsome, energetic boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for adventure. He is leash trained, crate trained, house trained, and rides well in the car, making him an easy companion for everything from daily walks to weekend outings. He loves playing fetch, enjoys swimming, and is always happy to spend time with his favorite toys. While he has an independent side, Thurgood is also incredibly affectionate, eager to please, and loves being with his people. He's intelligent, goofy, and even-tempered, and he knows his house manners, making him a wonderful companion. Thurgood does best as the only male dog in the home, though a home with a compatible female dog may be a possibility with proper introductions. He does well with children and all adults, while his compatibility with cats and other dogs is unknown. If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving best friend who will happily join you for adventures and then relax by your side, Thurgood is ready to meet you.
