Hi! My name is Ruby, and I’m looking for my forever family.
I’m about 3–4 years old, weigh around 50–60 pounds, and I’m believed to be a German Shepherd mix. My story started on the streets of Wichita, where my mom enticed me to trust her with a peanut butter sandwich. Since then, I’ve learned what love, safety, and a warm bed feel like. Now I’m hoping to find a home that’s mine forever.
I can be a little timid around men when we first meet because of my past, but with patience and kindness, I warm up and become a devoted companion.
