When Zig Zag first arrived at Forgotten Cats, he preferred the safety of his cozy bed and rarely ventured out of his cage. He seemed unsure of the world around him, quietly watching everything from his little hideaway.
Then came picture day.
Imagine the photographer's surprise when she met Zig Zag again in the free-roaming room! She sat down on the floor to photograph the cats, and within moments Zig Zag climbed right into her lap and made himself completely at home. In fact, he refused to move! The photographer ended up taking pictures of all the other cats while cuddling Zig Zag the entire time.
It turns out this sweet boy wasn't shy at all—he just needed to feel safe before showing his true colors.
Today, Zig Zag is one of the most lovable cats at the adoption center. If you have a lap, he'll happily fill it. He adores attention, enjoys cuddling, and is happiest when he's close to his favorite people.
