Chazzy and Ollie are a gentle, bonded pair of 9-year-old brothers who are looking for a calm, loving forever home to spend their golden years. These handsome boys (Ollie sports a subtle white patch while Chazzy is solid black) joined Black Cat Rescue after losing their longtime owner, and they have been working hard to decompress in their foster home. While they are quite shy with new people, they are sweet-natured gentlemen who find immense comfort in each other’s presence and are slowly learning that the world is a safe, kind place.
Almost 10 years ago Chazzy and Ollie were trapped outside along with their two sisters. The litter was on their own and getting a little too old (6 months or so) to compete with younger, more socialized kittens that year. The amazing woman who rescued them while working to help all of the cats in her community, decided to adopt all four of them. Sadly, Chazzy, Ollie and their sisters recently lost their lifelong person. Chazzy and Ollie are now looking for another amazing person to take a chance on two shy guys.
Chazzy and Ollie are the perfect companions for someone looking to provide a quiet, patient sanctuary for two senior cats. They have made wonderful progress in foster care, rewarding their foster mom with soft purrs and slow, trusting blinks, and they have excellent litter box manners. Because they require a specific prescription urinary diet to stay healthy, they will thrive in a home that can manage their nutritional needs while showering them with consistent, patient affection. If you are looking for a pair of quiet, soulful companions to round out your home, these brothers would love to be your new family.
Both boys eat Rx urinary care diet to avoid urinary blockages.
