Meet Tubbs! ❤️Tubbs is a 3–4-month-old Lab mix (17 lbs) with a goofy personality, a gentle heart, and a tail that never seems to stop wagging. He's the kind of puppy who makes friends wherever he goes and believes every person he meets is a potential best friend. His life didn't start out easy. Tubbs and his brother were found abandoned on the side of the road and quickly won the hearts of his foster family. Now Tubbs is ready to find the forever home he's been waiting for. This handsome puppy is all about enjoying life. He loves toys, zooming around the yard, wrestling with his brother, exploring new places, and handing out endless puppy kisses (complete with that famous puppy breath!). He's great in the car, enjoys meeting new people, and is always happy to be included in whatever is going on.If your home has kids, Tubbs will probably think he hit the jackpot. He absolutely loves following his foster's 4-year-old daughter around and happily joins in whenever the neighborhood kids stop by to play. He's also doing well with his foster family's dogs. Bigger dogs can make him a little unsure at first, but with a little time, his confidence shines through. He hasn't met any cats yet, but his friendly, easygoing nature suggests he could do well with a slow introduction.Tubbs is already showing what a smart little guy he is. He sleeps quietly in his playpen, settles down nicely for naps, is learning to walk on a leash, and has already started working on commands like sit, down, stay, and come. Like any young puppy, he'll continue to blossom with consistency, patience, and lots of positive reinforcement. His perfect family is one that will include him in everyday life—morning walks, weekend adventures, backyard play sessions, and evenings curled up together after a day of fun. He's looking for a family that will help him grow into the amazing dog he's already showing he can be.Tubbs has every reason not to trust the world, but instead, he greets it with curiosity, joy, and a wagging tail. Now all he needs is someone to give him the happy ending he deserves.
