Mork and Mindy are a devoted bonded pair of Pyrenees mixes! Mork is a handsome boy with that classic Pyrenees look, sporting a long, coarse coat, while Mindy shows off a softer side of the breed mix with her long, soft fur and several charming Golden Retriever traits shining through, both in her looks and her personality. This pair was tracked for approximately six months by a dedicated rescuer in Tennessee before finally being brought to safety. Mork had a nasty wound on his leg, and has since had ankle fusion repair surgery, is doing very well, and is ready to find his forever home with Mindy!

Both Mork and Mindy are housebroken, leash trained, and crate trained. Mork has a strong, direct desire to be obedient and pleases easily, while Mindy brings a Golden Retriever-type energy to her training, doing best when someone works with her consistently. Activity-wise, they balance each other beautifully. Mork is mild and easygoing, while Mindy carries a high energy level that keeps things fun. Socially, this pair shines, and deep bonds can be built with both of them very quickly. They have fantastic etiquette with cats and are wonderful with people of all ages, offering friendly hugs and kisses to everyone they meet. Mindy prefers to be the only female dog in the house, while Mork gets along with all other dogs, though he becomes visibly nervous, even trembling, if separated from Mindy for too long, and other dogs simply can't console him the way she can. With children, both dogs do well, though older kids are recommended since Mindy loves to give big hugs. Neither one digs in the yard, and while Mindy is quite the talker with her people, Mork tends to stay quiet and reserved.

Mork and Mindy love their zoomies outside but are just as happy curling up inside for bed snuggles. Mork adores being brushed, and Mindy is all about her toys, but both share a love of attention, couches, beds, and basking in the sun. They aren't fans of storms, getting wet, or being fed late, and they'll gladly accept any treat you're willing to share. What makes this pair truly special? - Mork sleeps completely upside down with the silliest expression on his face, and Mindy simply wants nothing more in life than to be loved and held. The ideal home for these two would be moderately active with a 4-foot fenced yard, where they're welcome up on the furniture, with plenty of family time in the yard on warm days and cozy movie nights when it's cold or rainy.
