Spicy is an adorable Husky girl, estimated to be around 3 years old and weighing approximately 40 pounds. She has the sweetest personality and the cutest little groan whenever she gets up for a big stretch—it will make you smile every time! She absolutely loves people and enjoys being included in whatever you're doing. Friendly, social, and affectionate, Spicy has joined her foster family on outings to pet stores and even a local winery, where she was a favorite with everyone she met.
If you're looking for a dog who loves adventures, Spicy is ready to be your co-pilot. She happily hops right into the car and rides beautifully. Just a heads-up—if she spots an open car door while you're out walking, she may decide she's ready for another road trip!
Spicy walks nicely on leash and has a moderate energy level. She enjoys her daily walks and would love a family that can give her regular exercise and fun activities to keep both her body and her mind engaged. Once she's had some activity, she's happy to relax at home with her people. She has done well being left in the house for a few hours at a time and is making great progress with her house manners. She is mostly potty-trained and continues to improve with a consistent routine.
Spicy is a smart, independent girl who also has a very affectionate side. She loves climbing into your lap for cuddles and pets, happily soaking up attention before finding a comfy spot nearby to relax. She would be fine as an only dog but has also done well on pack walks with a female and male husky. She is doing with slow introductions to another male husky in her foster home. She has not yet been tested with cats or young children.
