6/22 Teddy is a beautiful, young Shepherd/Husky mix who was adopted from a high kill shelter last year. Unfortunately, his adopter was not prepared for a dog and just feels that Teddy is too much for him. Teddy is a moderate energy level, but not crazy hyper or anything. He gets along well with other dogs, per his current owner. He has not been around cats. He is 3 years old and 50 lbs. Hes a friendly, good natured boy who really doesn't want to go back to the shelter.
Teddy is located in Arkansas. He is available to adopters here in Arkansas, but also available to New England adopters with transport available. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NJ, or CT on Saturdays.
For more info or questions, email apps.aasr@gmail.com.
He's been waiting 2 months for someone to come get him.

Adoption Fee
Fee set by Adopt-A-Stray
Each organization sets the adoption fee for their animals. Adoption fees help cover the cost of this animal’s care as well as allowing the organization to help more animals.
We are a few dedicated individuals who have formed Adopt-A-Stray in order to save many adoptable pets that would otherwise be euthanized in the shelters in our area. We routinely pull dogs and cats from the euthanasia list, as well as take in strays and owner surrenders as space allows.
