Personality, Breed Info & Expectations
Stella is a playful, affectionate young Pit Bull with a sweet, gentle personality and a heart full of love. Before coming to rescue, Stella was found wandering the streets hungry and severely underweight, struggling to survive on her own. Thanks to the care she received, she's made an incredible recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready to find the loving family she has always deserved.
She enjoys toys, walks, and playtime, and she's always excited to spend time with her people. Her curious nature and happy energy make her a fun companion for an active family.
Stella may be a little shy when meeting new people or unfamiliar dogs, but with patience and gentle introductions, she warms up quickly. Once she feels comfortable, she's incredibly affectionate, loves cuddling, and will happily soak up all the attention you have to give.
Pit Bulls are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and people-loving personalities. Stella is eager to learn and will thrive with positive reinforcement training, continued socialization, and a consistent routine. She'll do best with a family that will include her in daily activities, provide regular exercise, and give her the love and guidance she deserves.
She would thrive in a home that can provide:
Daily exercise and interactive play
Continued socialization and training
Structure and routine
Supervision around new people and animals
A lifelong commitment to her emotional and physical well-being
Training, Adjustment & What to Expect
Stella, like many rescue dogs, has basic social skills but is still learning about life in a home. She requires continued training, guidance, and supervision to develop confidence, good manners, and proper socialization.
Adopting Stella means being prepared for:
Positive reinforcement training
Guidance in socializing with new people and pets
Managing puppy behavior such as playful jumping or mouthing
Consistent structure and routine

Routine veterinary care
Please remember the 3-3-3 Rule:
3 days to decompress
3 weeks to learn her routine
3 months to fully feel at home
With patience and love, Stella will grow into a confident, loyal, and affectionate companion.
Owner Responsibilities & Veterinary Care
Owning Stella is a lifelong commitment that includes training, exercise, routine veterinary care, and emotional support.
She will need:
Ongoing training and positive reinforcement
Routine veterinary care and wellness exams
Preventative care including flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
Proper nutrition and weight monitoring
Daily companionship, play, and enrichment
A safe, stable, indoor living environment
Stella is an indoor family dog and is not to be chained or left outside.
