Casting All Talent Rescue Inc. (C.A.T. Rescue) a small nonprofit based out of Covington, GA. Our mission is to help animals during their tiniest most fragile state, that are too young to be accepted into shelters. Once they are old enough we get them vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neuter, and begin the search for loving forever homes.
